"They followed the wrong master." - Zed, The Master of Shadows League of Legends

PROJECT: Zed is a digital illustration created in Clip Studio Paint of my favorite skin that has ever come out of the entire League of Legends PROJECT line. Gritty, dark, deadly and exciting, PROJECT: OVERDRIVE brought us League players into an entirely new world that was unprecedented to the game. Staring as the main antagonist of the trailer was none other than our Master of the Shadows, but in a way we had never seen before. He was quicker, deadlier, and more menacing is this gruesome Cyberpunk/Full Metal style world. Reserving my dream to create my own interpretation of PROJECT: Zed after I felt more confident in my illustrative and designer skills, I would finally see my vision come true for the character seven years after I was introduced to him.

Disclaimer: frame is not included with purchase.

About the product

The print itself is made on a 13"x19" 69 Ibs semi-gloss paper that has is printed to the edge of the paper. This means the art will run off the page seamlessly instead of having a white border all around it. This adds a clean look to the art that mimics the original nature of the illustration.

The back of the art will contain the edition (First or Second), the print number, and my unique signature. First edition prints are the initial batch of prints produced from the original artwork, often considered more valuable due to their limited availability and historical significance. Second edition prints are subsequent print runs made from the same artwork, typically produced in larger quantities and may have minor alterations or improvements.

About the shipping

The print will be sealed in a perfectly sized bag and carefully rolled up in a plain white tube for shipping. This process of shipping is the most cost effective for both parties. More importantly, it will guarantee the safety of your print infinitely more than if it was shipped in a rigid envelope.

How to frame

13"x19" are standard frame sizes which can be bought at many local craft stores such as Michael's or Hobby Lobby for relatively cheap. Many frames at these stores do not include a matte, which is why I digitally created one to go along with this piece. The matte already included is 1 inch around, leaving plenty of room if you wish to add a real one. Other frames do include a matte, but if you wish to invest more into your art, I would suggest getting it custom matted and framed.

Special thanks

This work would not have been possible had it not been for a reddit user by the name of hand-zoap, who provided me some some essential reference material to finish the piece. He was quick and kind enough to share some pictures of his PROJECT: Zed pop funk figure that was all but sold out everywhere I looked. Thanks again hand-zoap, you were a life savor!

Reference

I was only able to find Pinterest uploads of my reference pose and not the original photographer, but this was my anchor that guided me through this project. If you do find the original photographer, please feel free to share that with me so I can give proper credit. Thank you!
